District Bi-Monthly Report
Each club is required to submit a bi-monthly report for to the District Secretary/Treasurer and Division Lt. Governor.
The purpose of this report form is to provide the Pennsylvania District Board with information about your Key Club. Information submitted will be used by the District Board to provide assistance to your club as well as help plan various directives and initiatives.
Any questions about the report form should be directed to you Lt. Governor. When the report is completed it should be e-mailed it to your Lt. Governor and the District Secretary/Treasurer.
2010-11 Club Officers should plan on starting to submit the June 5th Bi-Monthly Club Officer Report.

Months Report On and Report Due Date
- April-May: June 5th
- June-July: August 5th
- August-September: October 5th
- October-November: December 5th
- December-January: February 5th
- February-March: April 5th
