District Board Committees
There are standing and special committees authorized by the Board of Trustees. At the same time of authorizing any committee, the Board of Trustees, upon the advice of the Governor, shall designate the duties of such a committee. The Governor assigns board members to committees.
Standing Committees
Executive Committee
Performs such administrative duties and exercises administrative power delegated to it by the Board of Trustees. Reports its actions to the next meeting of the Board of Trustees.

Membership and Club Development
Promotes, oversees, and assits Key Club by increasing membership, assuring dues get paid, and chartering new clubs.

Theme and Design
Comes up with decorations, themes, etc. throughout the year. Specifically, designs/orders ICON shirts, comes up with ideas for ICON accessories, and decides on the theme/decorations for next year's DCLC.

Youth Serving Youth (YSY) Project
Promotes new YSY project among clubs and ensures all information is updated about it. Comes up with ideas for a YSY project for next year.

District Operations
Reviews and revises district bylaws, policies, and report forms. Comes up with new ideas to promote KC Cash.

Contests, Awards, Recognitions, and Scholarships Review and Promotion
Revises and promotes contest, award, recognition, and scholarship forms. Assists with the check-in of awards at the District Convention/Leadership Conference.

Leadership Breakouts
This committee works with the keynote speaker to implement Leadership Breakouts during DC/LC that will develop leadership and cooperation skills between groups of Key Clubbers.

Meet and Greet
This committee is in charge of creating, promoting, and carrying out an event towards the beginning of DC/LC that will help Key Clubbers get to know each other and get “warmed up” for DC/LC.

Service Fair
This committee plans the service fair, including conducting registration, inviting a wide representation of Key Clubs/service-related organizations, finding a layout that uses given space efficiently, guiding set-up at DC/LC,and overall putting on an event that gives Key Clubbers new ideas about service.

Workshops
