The 2012 Pennsylvania District Convention/Leadership Conference was sent out to club presidents, faculty, and Kiwanis advisors and contained the documents below.

For the 2012 District Convention/Leadership Conference, there will be two registration options. ONE AND ONLY ONE OPTION MUST BE CHOSEN FOR THE ENTIRE CLUB. There will be no exceptions to this rule. The registration deadline is February 16, 2012. For registrations received after February 16, 2012, space cannot be guaranteed. - Authorization to Attend Event and Emergency Medical Treatment Authorization Form (48 KB)
This form is required for all Key Club members attending designated Key Club International events or activities. This form must be completed by the parent, legal guardian, or person in loco parentis for the member. - Media Consent and Release Form (325.5 KB)
This form is required for all Key Club members attending designated Key Club International events or activities. This form must be completed by the parent, legal guardian, or person in loco parentis for the member. - Delegate Certification Form (39.5 KB)
Each chartered club, in good standing, shall be entitled to two (2) delegates to District Convention. These delegates should be elected not less than thirty (30) days prior to convention. Alternates should be chosen for each delegate. Each delegate shall be entitled to cast one (1) vote in the House of Delegates. In his/her absence, the alternate shall cast one (1) vote. There shall be no voting by proxy. No club shall be considered “in good standing” which is delinquent in payment of District and/or International dues. - Advisor Checklist (24.5 KB)
