Proposed Bylaw Amendments

Proposed amendments to the Pennsylvania District Key Club Bylaws may be submitted by any Pennsylvania District Key Club in good standing and must be received in writing to the Pennsylvania District Key Club Administrator at least forty-five (45) days prior to the call to order of the Annual House of Delegates.
