Club Delegates
Each chartered club, in good standing, shall be entitled to two (2) delegates to District Convention. These delegates should be elected not less than thirty (30) days prior to convention. Alternates should be chosen for each delegate. Each delegates shall be entitled to case one (1) vote in the House of Delegates. In his/her absence, the alternate shall case one (1) vote. There shall be no voting by proxy. Note: Not club shall be considered "in good standing" which is delinquent in payment of District and/or International dues.
