Annual District Convention/Leadership Conference: March 5-7, 2010

The 64th annual Pennsylvania District Convention/Leadership Conference is fast approaching and is an Event you don't want to miss! ALL Key Clubbers and Advisors are invited to attend and will have the opportunity to meet others from across Pennsylvania. In addition, this year's new and exciting format focuses on building leadership skills for Key Clubbers. Check back to this site often for future updates!

This year's activities exciting include leadership modules (workshops), new group leadership breakout sessions, and a keynote address from Scott Greenberg. It is also going to be packed with more fun Events such as the "Meet & Greet", Service Fair, and the District Dance. Clubs also will take part in the election of the 2010-11 Pennsylvania District Officers.

In addition, the District Convention/Leadership Conference provides important training for newly elected Key Club officers. Please see that club officers are elected before the District Convention/Leadership Conference. Note: even if your club is not able to attend, you must still complete and mail the officers election report. This can be found under the 2010-11 Club Officer Information link on the left.

Clubs are urged to send in the registration form and fees as soon as possible. Please note that no club's registration will be accepted if District and International Dues have not been paid.

The Pennsylvania District Convention/Leadership Conference is a memorable time for all who attend! We hope to see you there!

Highlights

When: Friday, March 5 - 7, 2010 (Note: Attendees are encouraged to arrive starting at 1 PM. Attendees should arrive by 6 PM for dinner and hotel check-in.)

Where: Hershey Lodge and Convention Center

Price: Varies based on meal plan and number of occupancy per hotel room. Note: Prices do not include any club transportation costs.

Registration Deadline: Clubs are urged to send the registration forms and fees as soon as possible. The registration deadline is February 2, 2010. For all registrations received after February 3rd, room reservations cannot be guaranteed. Reservations will be first come-first serve and it is possible we may receive more registrations than we can accommodate.
